That depends on the process, the volume and the integrations. After the scan you get a fixed price per phase, with no per-seat licences or separate integrator. In the first call we give an indication straight away and calculate what it delivers for you.

Why no standard starter package?

Because a virtual employee only delivers value when it truly works in your systems, with the right limits and oversight. A standalone chatbot that recites FAQs rarely pays back. The scan is the low-threshold start.

What if it does not work?

We start with a scan and business case. If a process is not suitable, we say so and do not build it. During the build we steer on agreed resolution rates and quality.

Can we switch later?

Yes. Every project includes an exit plan and Antonic.ai is model-agnostic. You are not locked into one AI vendor — and not into us either.
